longest established clubs in N.Wales). We paddle in different environments from
sea to white water, estuaries to lakes. We provide training Sept. to May in
Eirias Park Swimming Pool. Along with Pool Blades syllabus, members are able to
progress through proficiency standards and coaching quals if they wish, or just
get out and paddle. We are interested in kayaking and canoeing, sea and river

We practice in the pool and meet in the bar afterwards to chat about all things
kayaking. When in the pool we coach for free and will try to develop people into
better paddlers with goals like the star awards and hopefully moving onto
coaching.
We also arrange to get out at least once a month - hopefully more. When we go
out we usually have at least 2 experienced paddlers and we can supply boats -
buoyancy aids - spray decks. We do not charge for the use of our kit or our
time.
We paddle on white water, travel on rivers, paddle at sea (surfing waves or
touring in a sea kayak), paddle in open canoes and on lakes. We love messing
about on the water!
